The Inertia Cracker is a easy to use and will crack Pecans and English Walnuts. The use of rubber bands allows a quick delivery of the hammer. This allows the shell to be cracked open without crunching the pecan. This gives you nice halves of meat, rather than pieces that most shelling methods produce. To open hard shelled nuts additional rubber bands can be added to provide more striking power.
Operation:
- Place Nut in holder
- Slide cover over nut
- Pull back hammer
- Let go of hammer and shell the nut in clean halves
The Inertia Cracker is also enjoyable to use, and is ideal for eating as you open Pecans, Walnuts and other soft shelled nuts.
